This hotel is conveniently located near many local landmarks such as the Temple of Literature. the main city center is easily accessible from the hotel. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary tea and snacks while waiting for transportation. the breakfast had a mix of Asian and Western options and the gym/fitness center was a great advantage.
The hotel's street noise could be bothersome at times.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say I had a fantastic experience. The staff here went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location couldn't have been better, with the Hanoi rail station just a short walk away. I also appreciated the convenience of the on-site car park and the shuttle service, which made getting around the city a breeze. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The hotel also offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. I was very impressed with the level of service and the quality of the facilities at this place.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Excellent location near train station and major attractions. Terrific staff and friendly service. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Delicious food from rooftop dining room. Convenient access to airport bus and shops

The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests. The breakfast had a great selection of food and was included in the room rate. The location was very convenient, close to many restaurants and attractions.
The gym was quite small and had limited equipment. The room was a bit cramped, but it was clean and had everything I needed.

I was greeted by a friendly porter who offered a free room upgrade upon arrival. The hotel staff were excellent - the girl at the reception helped me with printouts, and the guy in the morning organized a clean taxi to the airport. I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness, from the fresh fruit offered in my room every day to the well-maintained hotel facilities. This hotel has a great location adjacent to the main train station, making transportation very convenient. The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose from.
